SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

If you need to change an order we will refund you the cost of the purchase if the order has not been sent to the factory. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.

DELIVERY TIMINGS 

All of our Roller Blinds will take approximately 10-20 business days to arrive at your door from order confirmation. If you have any queries about our delivery times or you have an urgent request, feel free to get in touch with us.

DAMAGED GOODS

All efforts have been taken to ensure that DIY Roller Blinds are of the highest quality, however if you find that the goods are not up to the standard you expect, please contact us and send a photograph so we can inspect them.

We take no responsibility for goods damaged in transit and recommend you arrange insurance at your own cost or use our Insurance option available at checkout. If your goods arrive and appear to be physically damaged in transit please reject delivery and contact us at service@diyrollerblinds.net.au and we will liaise with the freight company.

Within 14 days of receipt, if you find that the goods are not up to the standard you’d expect then we will endeavour to repair or replace them.
